Green Garden is a Seattle-based landscaping company serving residential, HOA, and commercial properties across the city. We're looking for someone who has the drive to do good work, want to be a part of a growing team and someone who takes pride in their work. We are willing to train you on how to mow and lead a crew. A valid drivers license and clean driving record is required.

What you'll do

Lead and manage a mow crew through daily route completion, ensuring all properties are serviced per scope of work and quality standards

Utilize proper techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols

Maintain professional appearance and conduct when interacting with clients on-site

Responsibly operate and drive company trucks between job sites

Communicate with management on job progress, client concerns, and equipment needs

Keep equipment organized and report maintenance issues promptly

What we're looking for

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
