Mow Supervisor (Route Lead) — $22–$25/hr DOE

TerraVita Landscape & Gardening is hiring a Mow Supervisor to lead crews, run routes, and deliver clean, consistent, client-ready results.

This is a working leadership role—you don’t just manage, you execute.

What You’ll Do

Run and complete daily mowing routes

Lead a 2–3 person crew

Ensure high-quality work (cut height, edging, blow-off, clean finish)

Keep routes on schedule and efficient

Train crew and enforce standards + safety

Handle basic client interactions professionally

What We Need

Route-running mowing experience (required)

Crew lead / foreman experience (preferred)

Strong attention to detail & quality

Reliable attendance (non-negotiable)

Good attitude — team player, no drama

Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
