About the Role:

Blast Off Bay in Goddard, KS is looking for a hardworking and reliable Grounds Maintenance team member to keep our property looking its best! This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in a well-manicured outdoor space and enjoys working in a hands-on, active environment.

Responsibilities:

Mow lawn areas consistently to maintain a clean, professional appearance

Perform weed eating/trimming along edges, fences, walkways, and structures

Snow Removal, sidewalks, parking lots

Maintain grounds cleanliness by removing debris and clippings after each session

Operate and perform basic maintenance on mowing and trimming equipment

Identify and report any grounds or property issues to management

Follow safety protocols when operating outdoor power equipment

Requirements:

Prior experience with mowing, weed eating, or general lawn care preferred

Ability to operate walk-behind mowers, riding mowers, and string trimmers

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, and standing for extended periods

Must be dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
