INSIDE SALES TEAM – INSIDE SALES
POSITION DESCRIPTION
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: WORKING UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE INSIDE SALES DEPARTMENT MANAGER/S AND TEAM LEAD/S, THE INSIDE SALES TEAM WILL BE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING CUSTOMER LEADS RECEIVED THROUGH BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMAILS, VOICEMAILS, INBOUND CALLS, WEBSITE INQUIRIES, SMS AND CRM COMMUNICATIONS. THE INSIDE SALES TEAM WILL BREAKDOWN AND EXPLAIN OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS AND SERVICES TO NEW AND CURRENT CUSTOMERS AS NEEDED. THE INSIDE SALES TEAM WILL ALSO ASSIST IN SUPPORTING OUR FIELD EXPERTS, INBOUND GENERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, OUTBOUND COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS AND ADDITIONAL OPERATIONAL TASKS WITHIN THE CALL CENTER AS NEEDED. THE INSIDE SALES TEAM MUST MAINTAIN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF MOXIE CULTURE.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: MUST POSSESS A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, OR EQUIVALENT.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: NONE
EXPERIENCE: MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE. EXPERIENCE WITH SALES PREFERRED.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
ABILITY TO IDENTIFY, ASSESS, AND RESOLVE CUSTOMER CONCERNS IN A TIMELY FASHION.
CAN DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH COWORKERS AND MANAGEMENT.
ABILITY TO LEARN AND OPERATE WITHIN MULTIPLE SOFTWARE SYSTEMS.
EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH COWORKERS, CUSTOMERS AND MANAGEMENT
REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL DEMAND:
LIFTING AND MOVING UP TO 35 POUNDS.
STANDING, STOOPING, OR SITTING FOR PROLONGED PERIODS OF TIME.
MENTAL DEMANDS:
OCCASIONAL STRESS FROM DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS.
DETERMINING AND EXECUTING RESOLUTIONS TO CUSTOMER NEEDS.
OCCASIONAL STRESS DUE TO WORK DEMANDS.
