    • Multiple full-time Office Expert positions are available

    • Shifts available Monday-Saturday

    • Variety of shift times available

    • 40 hours a week guaranteed (for full-time)

    As an office care expert, you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success. In your first few months, you will learn how to effectively and efficiently help all types of customers, mainly through phone calls, while also learning about our different departments to see where you will be a great fit.

    Responsibilities

    We are looking to immediately fill customer service positions. This position includes speaking with customers over the phone. Specific duties/roles may include:

    • Answering inbound customer service calls for existing customers

    • Responding to emails and text messages for existing customers

    • Verifying and confirming new customer information

    • Completing outbound calls in regards to billing, scheduling, and quality assurance follow up

    • Scheduling appointments/inspections for new or existing customers

    • Completing administrative tasks (data entry, auditing, etc.)

    • Closing inside sale leads

    • Upholding account retention

    • A million other possibilities

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
