    JOB TITLE – HEAD OF MARKETING

    SUMMARY: We are looking for a Head of Marketing responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy and delivering on topline, bottom line and competitive goals.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Own the overall marketing budget. Ensure optimal ROI from all marketing initiatives across all channels, platforms and partners.

    Provide thought leadership to the marketing team. Advise executive leadership team on recommended multichannel marketing strategies.

    Evaluate and champion marketing programs that promote scalability, sustainability and profitability. Identify and lead marketing plan and go-to-market strategies in key growth areas.

    Maintain senior level liaison with external marketing agencies and channel partners.

    Maintain senior level collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.

    Track budget utilization across projects.

    Track, monitor and evaluate KPI's and provide periodic reports to executive leadership team.

    Provide mentoring and guidance to the in-house marketing team. Track agency performance.

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Required

    10-15 years of extensive experience in consumer goods or cosmetic & beauty industry with demonstrated expertise in managing large marketing departments and external agencies.

    Experience in handling large departmental budget.

    Ability to oversee multiple marketing programs simultaneously.

    Proven proficiency in multi-agency environment involving internal and external stakeholders.

    Experience in building a marketing function. Ability to communicate to staff at all levels.

    Excellent leadership and organizing skills. High motivation and ethical standards.

    Analytical and creative thinking; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with and influence senior management and executive positions.

    Academic Qualifications

    BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications or comparable field.

    Preferred

    MBA degree is a plus.

    Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus.

    Exposure to leadership roles in Digital Marketing and/ or eCommerce majors an advantage.
