    ** Starting wage for this position is $14.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**

    How do I make an impact on my team? Our friendly Guest Service Representative provide attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests.

    Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner

    Prepares beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures.

    Sets up the bar and back bar according to established procedures.

    Monitors guest behavior and guest alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease. Follow attached prescribed alcohol awareness program.

    Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs

    Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations

    Use computer system to make reservations, check-in and check-out guests and process payments

    Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment

    What does success look like in this role?

    Must be available to work 3pm-11pm

    Must have at least 2 years of hotel front desk experience

    Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation

    Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

    Must have or be willing to obtain a Bartender License.

    Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities

    Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

    Reliability and honesty

    Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team

    Availability to work a flexible schedule between days, nights, weekends and holidays is a plus
