    Overview:

    The Operations Manager will formulate strategy, improve performance, secure compliance, and oversee the operations of all territories under the supervision of the Director of Operations. The Operations Manager will monitor department productivity, identify opportunities to optimize quality, productivity and efficiency while providing team members with direction. The Operations Manager will collaborate with interdepartmental stakeholders when necessary and help promote high morale and top performance.

    Essential functions:

    • Leads and coordinate projects on an as-needed basis and provide support to clinical and internal operations teams
    • Works with the Human Resources, Recruiting & support teams regarding employee onboarding and employee relations. Work closely with accounting and finance team regarding benefits/payroll; knowledgeable of and ability to enforce Company policies and procedures
    • Completes, analyzes and creates action items from weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
    • Works with Territory Managers of each region to ensure that services are provided in accordance with company expectation
    • Provides escalation support for each territory as it relates to any customer need
    • Work closely with the stakeholders to monitor goals, performance reviews, coordination of site visits, schedules and attendance and various market needs
    • Reports to management and various focus groups to receive feedback on current services and understands expectations for future services and providing stakeholders and leadership with relevant performance updates and insights
    • Evaluates and communicates recommended applications to make services more efficient and help
    • Manage and implement operational practices
    • Drive territory specific and company-wide goals through operational efficiencies
    • Track and forecast staffing needs in each territory
    • Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
    • Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations
    • Identify, cultivate, and be an advocate for a healthy company culture
    • Work with interdepartmental stakeholders to see projects through completion

    Qualifications: 

    • Previous experience in operations or other related fields
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Experiencing managing office budgets,
    • Proven ability improving office performance,
    • Ability to innovative solutions to practice challenges.
    • Track record of strong performance in a dynamic environment with challenging business needs
    • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time and deadlines
    • Responsible, professional, reliable and team-oriented
    • Proven track record of metrics-based achievements (as an individual and as a team's manager)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Feeling comfortable with ambiguity and knows how to add structure where needed
    • Data-driven, able to translate quantitative insights into actions
    • 3+ years of healthcare experience
    • Previous management experience
    • Advanced computer skills in MS Office including Excel and Outlook

    Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Health Management, operations management or related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience

    Preferred:

    • MHA, MBA preferred
    • SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI on-premise and in Azure experience
