    As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Appliance on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

    This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, empathetic, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Receive incoming calls in professional, empathetic and courteous manner

    Create Purchase Orders, receive in parts for techs returning to jobs, manage day-to-day dispatch board

    Manage the entire service cycle for a team of technicians

    Handle transactions and all banking deposits

    Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business

    Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints

    Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

    Job Requirements:

    Minimum two years admin and/or dispatch experience, preferably in a service related industry

    Strong customer service skills and ability to speak with numerous customers without getting overwhelmed

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Advanced organizational skills and ability to multi-task

    Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
