Customer Service Receptionist - Remote Position Offered!
Remote position - work from home! Hiring immediately! We are seeking a Customer Service Receptionist to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team by representing Mr. Appliance on support calls to clients. You are responsible for answering phone calls and handling service requests, routing field technicians. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. While training will be offsite this position requires you be in a distract free work at home environment. Responsibilities: * Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner * Make Outbound calls to schedule customers when parts arrive * Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints * File and submit warranty claims * Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services * Document and update customer records based on interactions Job Requirements: * Minimum two years administrative experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills * Positive attitude * Positive and professional demeanor * Team player who can work independently * Able to prioritize and multitask Company Description Mr. Appliance repairs company and commercial appliances while providing speedy, expert service you can feel great about.
