Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and a front line representative of Mr. Appliance of Clifton Park. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer concerns. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy communicating with and helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
Schedule calls and communicate scheduling logistics with customers and service technicians.
Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer concerns
Purchase parts from approved vendors
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
Two years customer service experience
2 years administrative experience (preferred)
Good computer skills with aptitude to learn new software programs with proper training.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong customer focus
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Positive Attitude
Team player who can work independently
This position is a full-time position. 40 hours a week between the hours of 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri. Ex: 7:30am - 4pm, 8am - 4:30pm
