Appliance Repair Service Manager
Our appliance repair company is looking for a skilled Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing our team of technicians and ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring that all repairs are completed to a high standard, and that our technicians are providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of technicians
Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels
Maintain inventory levels of repair parts and supplies
Create and maintain work schedules for technicians
Train and develop technicians to ensure they are up to date with industry standards and best practices
Report regularly to senior management on service performance
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a management role in the appliance repair industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Knowledge of repair techniques and best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
