We are looking for a remote customer service person to join our team. Our company provides in home appliance repair services in Western Michigan. You will work from home so you can live anywhere. Reliable high speed internet required.

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner

Complete work orders, return customer calls, and dispatch technicians

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Work from home, schedule can be flexible

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

Team player who can work independently
