    Mr. Handyman still believes in delivering classic service and craftsmanship and needs seasoned customer focused craftsman to grow our team. All of our staff are employees, not 1099 subs chasing free estimates. We supply a company van and cover all transportation expenses, have paid vacation and holidays, and offer very competitive pay. We’ve got the marketing presence and commercial relationships to keep the work flowing.     -Must have a MINIMUM 10 years of PROFESSIONAL experience (not do it yourself) and all required tools in drywall, flooring, painting, carpentry, siding, tiling, plumbing, electrical, doors, windows, etc.

    -Must be able to pass extensive background check and have a clean driving record

    -Must pass random drug tests

    -Must be detail oriented and work well with customers

    -Saturday work required

    -This is an on call position which requires the candidate to be flexible and go to residential and commercial job sites on short notice.

    • You must currently reside in Seminole County, West Volusia County, or East Orange County (company vehicles are kept at all employee's residences).

    Specific Responsibilities/ Job Requirements

    Deliver a consistent & remarkably better customer experience when working in their home

    Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and mid-size home improvement projects

    (Strong ‘multi-skill’ background desired. Must have/own ‘day to day’ tools of the trade)

    Communicate with customers about scope of work, cost estimates, manage expectations

    Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed

    Leave customers thrilled with your current work, and open doors to future work
