Our customer requests have increased considerably in the last few months and show no signs of slowing down in the new year. We are looking to fill a construction technician position for our established business. This is a full-time employee position that comes with a company van, fuel card, material credit cards, uniforms, and an iPad. Most jobs are repairs, maintenance or remodels on residential or commercial properties. There is plenty of variety in the type of work performed and most of the customers we serve are in modern, upper scale homes and businesses.

Our technicians are able to manage their time efficiently and hold knowledgeable and informative conversations with our customers regarding their projects from estimation to completion. To be qualified for this position you must have your own hand and power tools, be able to estimate time and materials accurately, and pass our background check. We bond and insure all our employees.

We are looking for a skilled craftsman who can:

Work independently

Install windows and doors, molding and trim

Repair holes in drywall with hot (fast setting) mud

Fix minor electrical and plumbing issues

Install tile

Repair decks and railings

Perform general home repairs

Estimate repair time for small projects and change orders
