Our customers consist of repeat and referral business both residential and commercial. We stand behind work and need professional technicians that can deliver.

We are looking for talented craftsmen that are comfortable talking with customers to really understand their wants and needs. We need good people who take real pride in their craftsmanship.

Our premier service techs are provided late model, theft deterrent, work vans outfitted with professional steel bin organizers, locking storage for tools and quick lock ladder racks. Fuel cards and Material credit cards are provided. A professional, neat appearance with company uniforms are part of our image. We strive to stand above and go the extra mile for our employees and our customers.

We start compensation based on experience, ability to clearly communicate and give top shelf customer service. Our service techs pay range is between $22-$25/hr and up for 10 years experience. For those professionals that are business owners and/or have 20 years experience in the trades, we pay $25+ to start. After a probationary period, there is also paid vacation, holidays and your birthday off (or another day of your choice). It is possible to earn premium pay for night or weekend work. We pay every Friday with direct deposit available.

We are looking for someone who has been in the construction field in different capacities for at least ten years with their own set of professional tools; however, we may consider hiring a helper with about 5 years experience to assist our existing staff and compensate accordingly. If you are a military honorably discharged veteran, please apply due to the intense training you most likely received.

Our technicians are fairly tech savvy. We produce estimates and invoices with an IPad to communicate quickly with our customer and back to the home office. We require the ability to quickly analyze work and give accurate time and material estimates. For sold jobs, following written directions of work orders and customer job requests are critical to complete our customer's work in a timely manner. In general, our typical Service Technicians require the skill sets and tools to complete the following types of jobs:

Drywall Installation, Finishing and Repairs

Siding, Soffit and Fascia Repairs

Window Installs, Screens Installs and Repairs

Installing, Repairing and Adjusting Entrance, Interior and All Other Type Doors

Deck Repairs, Ability to Build small decks and Patios

Interior Wall and Ceiling Painting

Staining Wood, Exterior and Interior

Install and Repair Tile Floors

Install and Repair Wood Floors

Grout Cleaning, Repair

Build Walls, Install Moulding, Base Trim, Chair Rails

Rotted Wood Repair/Replacement

Storm Damage Exterior Repairs (No Roofing)

Install Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures

Locksets and Deadbolt Installation / Repairs / Adjustments

Installing Showerheads and Faucet Assemblies

Grab Bar and Hand Rail Installs

Shower Enclosures and Repair

Caulking smooth waterproof beads

Kitchen and Wash Room Appliance Hook Ups not requiring permits

Fence Repairs and New Small Installations
