We are seeking an Inside Sales person to join our Home Improvement team! You will resolve customer questions, book appointments and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Manage leads from from inbound calls, emails, online chats, and website form requests

Present and sell home improvement services to new and existing customers

Book and schedule sold business ... manage schedule changes as needed

Follow-up on un-booked leads

Call customers after service to ensure their satisfaction

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Coordinate with service technicians and customers to ensure that projects go smoothly

​Qualifications:

Clean voice and excellent verbal communication skills

Previous experience with inside sales

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Strong technology skills - we run a variety of software programs

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong negotiation skills

Detail-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities

Prior home improvement industry experience a plus

Prior schedule management and dispatch experience a plus
