KC area Mr. Handyman needs reliable, customer service-focused employees. Ideal candidates are familiar with areas of handyman repair and they know the value of building relationships with clients. Our Customer Service Representatives are key members of the team and represent Mr. Handyman on customer calls. CSR’s are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Our main Mr. Handyman office is in Lee’s Summit but we are looking for some one to work out of our office in Archie MO. Starting with part time hours 25-30 hours per week with potential for growth to full time.

Candidates should be self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner

Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues for customers and technicians

Schedule services and dispatch technicians

Perform marketing functions to sell additional work and provide exceptional customer service

Perform administrative functions including data entry and payment processing

Perform other duties as needed

Job Requirements:

Previous customer service and sales experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Computer literate

Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

Team player who can work independently

Benefits: Mon-Friday schedule, no evenings/weekends. Paid time off accrual. Six paid holidays. Pay starts at $12/hour.
