Skills/ Requirements:

Ability to perform a quality job on a variety of trades

Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology

Proficiency with diagnosing customer concerns & estimate time on projects

Build strong relationships with the customers you serve

Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Be able to pass a background check

Your own tools to perform building maintenance and repair

Repair: Drywall, Rotted Wood, Ceilings, Decks, Doors, Grout, Tile Floors, Walls, Siding, Gutters

Maintenance: Tub, Shower, Caulking, Doors, Decks, Fences, Gutter Cleaning, Lock-sets & Deadbolts, Windows, Screens, Hardware

Carpentry: Cabinets, Molding, Trim, Shelving, Ramps, Railings

Odd Jobs: Pressure Washing, Weatherproofing, Tile Work, Assembly, and much more

Areas of Service: Includes rough service area including Twinsburg, Macedonia, Brecksville, Broadview Heights, Seven Hills, Independence, Maple Heights, Bedford Heights and Solon

Compensation: We offer a competitive rate that can range from $23.76/hour to significantly more with incentives. A company provided service vehicle and the cost to maintain it including gas and insurance coverage. After initial probationary period, we offer paid Holidays and Vacation Days.
