Mr. Handyman of Princeton, Robbinsville and Newtown is a locally owned home improvement company. We are busy, we are growing and we are seeking someone to help us in our office in Pennington, NJ (near Denow Road). We have some flexibility with the schedule for this person and may be able to work around constraints such as school/camp schedules. This could evolve into a full-time position depending on the person and the needs of the business.

The job is a blend of customer service/operations/inside sales/administration. You will take incoming calls from our clients, respond to customer inquiries and book service appointments, make outgoing quality assurance calls, handle the scheduling and dispatching of field technicians, help estimate projects and coordinate materials, and manage various tasks and projects in the office. This is a key position in our team as it is a liaison between our customer, our technicians, and management.
