At Mr. Handyman of Richmond, we’ve built this business with you in mind! We're looking for a select few experienced, motivated and organized home improvement professionals with at least 10 years professional experience in carpentry, home improvements and/or general construction. This position is an employee position, not a 1099/freelance position. Our skilled professionals focus on small to medium sized jobs done on a time and materials basis. You'll focus your time and energy on your current client, doing the hands-on work that you love. The office staff manages the nuisances for you: the marketing, scheduling, insurance, licensing, administrative paperwork, etc.

Specific Job Requirements

Strong ‘multi-skill’ background desired. (expert carpenter with drywall, light plumbing & light electric skills too)

Must have own tools of the trade

Strong work ethic

requires minimum of 10 years relevant professional trade experience

clean background (no felonies)

drug-free

clean driving record and Virginia drivers license

be legal to work in the U.S.

professional appearance and personality

live in the Richmond metro area to be allowed to take our company van home
