    Position: Office Administrator- Mr. Handyman of South Charlotte

    Position Summary: Experienced administrative and sales professional who is dependable and highly organized with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude who loves delighting the customer. This role interacts with customers regularly by sharing the value and services offered, scheduling appointments, and following up to ensure projects were completed as expected.

    Work closely with the owners to support a growing company’s operations by optimizing office and administrative processes, coordinating office staff, scheduling work for technicians, and customer service responsibilities. Mr. Handyman is a business that completes minor home and commercial repairs and improvement projects in the South Charlotte area. The office is in Matthews, NC.

    Full-Time Position: We are looking for a career-minded candidate who is motivated, friendly, and success driven.

    Salary: $32,000 to $38,000 / 1st year DOE

    Skills/Qualifications:

    Superior customer service to include sales functions and customer relations

    Technically savvy utilizing a variety of platforms including software, tablets, smart phones, apps, Microsoft Office Suite, cloud-based systems, and social media

    Excellent organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical)

    Utilize clear and concise verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work with and support all employees and owners

    Ensure accuracy within the system throughout customer lifecycle

    Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

    Can delegate to and work with other office staff

    Education/Experience:

    Desired: College degree or courses, certifications, advanced training in sales or administration

    Minimum 5 years of previous experience in office management

    Minimum 5 years of previous experience in customer service and/ or sales leadership

    Experience with scheduling/ dispatching/ routing

    Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

    Computer proficiency with relationship management/ scheduling software

    Computer proficiency with the Service Titan platform a plus

    QBO experience a plus

    Familiarity with Home Improvements Projects a plus

    Previous experience in a service-based business a plus
