    As an Administrative Assistant who'd be working from home, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Handyman on customer calls. You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Handling incoming service request leads which will come in via email or message through an app. Replying back to prospect acknowledge receipt, creating customer profile in system, setting next step expectations and assigning the lead to one of our Construction Coordinators. No sales expected.

    Perform daily administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, Etc.

    Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

    Job Requirements:

    Available to work from home part-time, 5 days a week at 4 hours per day. Tuesday to Saturday (12-4pm EST)

    Sporadically (at your leisure) acknowledge incoming customer inquires that come in via apps and emails outside of your working hours. This would be compensated over and above the base salary.

    Previous customer service experience preferred

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications

    Detail-oriented

    Team player who can work independently
