As a CSR, you’ll be responsible for: answering customer calls, scheduling jobs, dispatching work to Technicians, and managing customer relations. The ideal candidate must possess advanced computer, clerical, and planning skills.The position requires a positive and constructive view of working with others, the ability to listen and understand customer needs, as well as a "will to win" attitude when involved in competitive situations.Our CSRs are highly-organized, and they are committed to completing their various tasks on-time. They are driven to meet and/or exceed the businesses goals. Customer Service Representatives are dedicated to providing superior customer service and to continually deliver high customer satisfaction.Candidates should have 5-15 years’ relevant experience, preferably with a home services company (e.g., a HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Handyman company) and must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.Come join our hardworking and fun team!
