Highly “Skilled” Craftsman and Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical, Plumbing and General Home Repair needed. Work 90% independently with benefits. We have office staff that handles paperwork to ensure you work in a family atmosphere.

Specific Responsibilities / Job Requirements

Performs general carpentry, drywall, maintenance type projects, including minor electrical and plumbing repairs in residential and commercial properties.

Majority of work being small to medium maintenance jobs/small to midsized home improvement projects.

Strong working knowledge (10 years +) and (multi-skill) background desired. Must have / own ‘day to day’ tools of the trade.

Self-driven / highly motivated person who presents their self professionally with confidence and strives to produce only quality workmanship.

Deliver a consistent remarkable / better customer experience.

Clearly communicates estimates, pricing, scope of work and manages expectations with the customer.

Leaves the customer feeling value in the work completed and open doors to future service.
