Job Description
We are looking for fun and energetic people to join our Event and Retail Marketing Team at Mr. Rogers Windows. You will be interacting with people to generate leads for our Design Consultants at hardware stores, festivals, home shows and various events throughout the Hampton Roads area and Northeastern North Carolina.
The Event and Retail Marketing promoters work on-site with our premier partners to engage with customers and book no-cost appointments with a window expert. This is a part time, flexible job with opportunity to represent a superior brand and make great money.
Must Have:
• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility
• Customer Focus
• Open to changes in work schedule & processes
• Team participation
• Have reliable transportation to job sites throughout the region (this is not a desk job)
• Discipline to self-manager both your time and budgets to achieve objectives.
Nice to Have:
• Ability to manage multiple projects and or time dependent activities
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in marketing, sales or business development
• Experience in training and or recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Provide information about Mr. Rogers Windows products and the sales process.
• Guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine how we can help them.
• Follow a process in obtaining and setting appointments at Events Retail, Showrooms or RSVP locations.
• Fulfill appointment conversation goals within stated guidelines (including the set-up, teardown of the event or retail booth space)
