Class A CDL License, valid (if you can obtain CLASS A CDL License, we will pay for it)

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Teamwork skills -- must be able to work as part of a team and be able to LEAD a team

Excavation experience

Experience with skid steer and backhoe

Attention to detail

Exterior plumbing knowledge
