Field Supervisor

We are growing our business and presently in need of a Field Supervisor to help lead a team of Service Professionals. We are searching for a leader with strong residential plumbing service experience who is interested in training and leading a team in our proven low-pressure service process.

Responsibilities:

Train Service Professionals in areas of technical plumbing skills as well as in all areas of the Mr. Rooter System of service delivery.

Provides total leadership, coaching, technical and customer service support, as well as oversight to trainees and assigned Service Professionals.

Conducts Field Manager Team (FMT) group meetings and training, as needed.

Ensures that his FMT always maintain clean, neat vehicles and portray a clean, well-groomed professional appearance.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience

Preferred Journeyman or Master Licensed Plumber

Valid Driver's License with clean record

Attention to detail

Excellent communication skills
