    We are looking for a Bookkeeper to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS

    Must have at least 2 years of accounting experience.

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.

    Experience with QuickBooks Online software preferred.

    Experience processing payroll.

    Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.

    Strong communication and time management skills.

    Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

    Must be able to multi-task, be organized and efficient.

    Proficiency in Excel.

    Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays as month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting required.

    Sense of humor.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

    Responsible for assisting with AR invoicing and collections; AP coding of invoices, and processing check runs.

    Journal entries, daily banking transactions, ACH and wire transfers.

    Payroll processing is a must.

    Assist with monthly closing and reporting of financial statements and analysis within established and time requirements.

    Performs monthly reconciliation of multiple bank accounts statements and various balance sheet accounts.

    Assist in maintaining fixed asset records.

    Performs ad hoc and excel analysis and other activities.

    1099 tracking and maintenance

    Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

    Provide administrative support to management when required.

    Other financial / accounting and HR duties as assigned
