As a Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of service for both customers and technicians. You are responsible for handling incoming calls and scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner for both customers & technicians

Prioritize & coordinate the scheduling of services & technician logistics

Coordinate delays in schedule with customers & service technicians

Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, mail & other customer contacts

Cross train for other duties within the office

Communicate & support technicians in providing excellent customer service for their success & yours

Job Requirements:

Minimum two years admin experience

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

Positive Attitude

Team player who can work independently

Benefits: $35,000 - $50,000/year, comprehensive healthcare including dental and vision, 401k investment plan, monthly and/or annual bonus structure
