Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep.

Must have at least one year of experience Dispatching and providing Customer Service.

The position is full-time with rotating shifts and weekends and working 40 plus hours a week.

Must be able to multitask in a very fast paced environment and handle a variety of duties with efficiency and speed.

Must have polite phone etiquette and be able to manage a high volume of calls with accuracy and a professional demeanor.

Must be an effective communicator and a team player.
