Part-Time Dispatcher/CSR Position

Mr. Rooter is one of the largest plumbing franchise in the nation. Our team of professionals provides our customers with the solution to their plumbing and drain problems 24 hours – 7 days a week.

We are seeking to fill a part-time dispatcher position for our Long Beach office Saturday & Sunday.

Starting Wage: $16 hour

Saturday: 7:30AM - 5PM

Sunday: 7:30AM - 5PM

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner

Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services

Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians

Data Entry

General office duties

Manage dispatch

Job Requirements:

Minimum two years admin experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

Positive Attitude

Team player who can work independently

Skills Needed:

Advanced customer service skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment

Clear & concise communication skills

Proficiency with all computer programs including MS excel & dispatch software

Caring and helpful attitude

Bilingual a plus
