CSR/Social Media Manager

We have an available opportunity for a motivated, self-starter with experience in an office environment. Duties include assisting the office manager with daily duties. These duties include full Customer Service Representative responsibilities which includes answering the phone, scheduling jobs, dispatching technicians, and ensuring a great experience for our customers. We are looking for someone who has a true appreciation for the importance of social media and the ability to manage all major platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE:

*Positive phone presence and attitude

*General knowledge of best practices in an office environment

*Ability to use multiple online platforms, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

*Command of social media platforms

*Ability to work in a team environment with mutual support

*A positive and happy demeanor

This is a full time/part time position.
