Full Time Director: The Directors position will require one of two qualifications: A) Master's Degree in any field related to children or business; or B) Bachelor's Degree AND one year of managerial or supervisory experience. The complete understanding of the State of New Jersey Department of Children and Families, Office of Licensing, Chapter 52 Manual of Requirements for Childcare Centers.
