Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Transportation & Logistics: Perform proper inspection of vehicle and mobile trailer to ensure they are in good working order. Pick up supplies from partners and vendors to be prepared for distribution.
Safely drive vehicle and transport Mobile Market to assigned site locations at pre-scheduled times. Ensure truck has been loaded with food prior to leaving the facility.
At site locations, help neighbors to shop Mobile Market, or offload pre-boxed products using strong customer service skills. Ensure appropriate signatures are obtained at site locations. Maintain accurate daily vehicle inspection logs.
Experience: Experience operating a truck and trailer is required. At least three (3) years of experience in a customer-service related role. Interpersonal, networking, and problem-solving skills. Strong customer focus. The ability to read, write and speak English is required.
Essential Working Conditions:
Work Environment
The employee will carry out some of job duties from a warehouse environment with fluctuation in temperature and potential for loud noise. Employee will also carry out job duties in the field, outdoors at mobile market site locations across Indianapolis. For offsite duties, the employee is expected to travel by Mobile Market vehicle and will be exposed to changing weather and noise conditions.

The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Travel:
Travel of 3-5 days per week is expected to successfully perform this role. A valid driver’s license is required.
