SBG Atlanta is seeking a skilled and professional Muay Thai Coach to lead structured striking classes in a team-focused, high-level training environment. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience • Consistent class schedule • Opportunities for growth within SBG Atlanta • Access to ongoing training and professional development Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Lead Muay Thai classes for adults (beginner to advanced levels) • Teach proper striking technique, pad work, conditioning, clinch, and controlled sparring • Follow the SBG Atlanta curriculum and coaching standards • Provide clear feedback and technical corrections to students • Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive training environment • Assist with competition preparation when applicable Qualifications: Required Qualifications • Proven Muay Thai training and/or competition experience • Previous experience coaching group classes • Strong technical knowledge of striking fundamentals and safety • Professional, reliable, and punctual • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications • Fight experience in Muay Thai or related striking arts • Experience coaching fighters and hobbyists • Familiarity with structured training programs or curricula • Alignment with SBG training philosophy and values Compensation: $25 - $40 hourly
