Analyze all aspects of operations to achieve production budget requirements.
Manage financial aspects of position resolving disputes and verifying expenditures.
Verify safety, scheduling and production results to ensure commitments are met.
Ensure that operation remains in compliance with all applicable environmental standards.
Ensure that a safe workplace is maintained, based on company policies and OSHA guidelines.
Promote and measure performance of all personnel towards established objectives. Coach individuals to optimum performance building a strong candidate pool for future opportunities.
Consult daily with all departments to effectively optimize production to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assure critical activities at location are reviewed and acted upon for desired results.
Accept responsibility for special projects from conception through implementation and verification of results.
Maintain and manage all HUB related activities between operations, plants and maintenance to ensure total compliance with all company initiatives, including all initiatives of the State Operations Manager.
Oversee inventory controls to ensure accurate record keeping and total compliance with month end duties for Plant Supervisors.

Required Experience
BS, AS Degree in business or 7-10 years management experience in production and delivery of ready-mix concrete.
