Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing, employee owned company supporting multiple Intelligence Agencies and Department of Defense customers is searching for a talented, mid-level Electronic Warfare Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent technical skills who is able to develop and employ novel techniques for all-source intelligence analysis of foreign weapon systems in support of U.S. Intelligence Community Intelligence Mission Data production and analysis requirements.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 Years of related engineering experience
• Experience applicable to signals intelligence analysis, all-source intelligence analysis, and/or weapon system characterization

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience or familiarity with any of the following:

• Early warning, airborne, fire control, or naval radar systems
• Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming Database (EWIRDB), Next Generation EWIRDB System (NGES), Radar Warning Receivers
• U.S. Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) and platform mission data requirements
• Programming languages such as C, C++, Python
• Weapon system design or analysis
• US Intelligence Community or DoD contracting
