CDL-B Mulch Blower Truck Driver Mulch Solutions is hiring - the position available now! We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable local Truck Driver with a CDL-B license to join our team in Concord, NC. This position entails operating a truck to deliver and install mulch, compost, and soils to commercial customers in the area. The ideal candidate must have an excellent driving record and prior truck driving experience. Good communication and customer service skills are a must. Responsibilities: • Driver will maneuver and operate a mulch blower truck to deliver and install materials such as mulch, compost, and soil. • Occasional use of various hand and power tools. • Will be a team lead for a small crew. • Will answer customer questions and provide customer service. • Must have a full range of mobility in upper and lower body. • Be able to reach overhead; able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned tasks. • Be able to lift 60 lbs of weight frequently throughout the assigned work day. Qualifications: Qualifications and Skills • Must possess a Class A or B Commercial Drivers License, (CDL) • Three years of experience and a clean driving record • Two years experience driving a manual transmission • Able to communicate well with co-workers and customers • Prior supervision skills are a plus • Valid Medical Card • High school diploma or equivalent • Familiar with Charlotte and surrounding areas & the ability to read a map or guide • Must be hard-working and self-motivated • Able to pass all pre-employment screenings Training For Express Blower Operation Will Be Taught Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
