    Job Description

    Busy Law firm is seeking a highly motivated self-starter who loves organization and order. Successful candidates for this position will be able to perform various basic clerical tasks, including managing and maintaining physical and digital files, operating office equipment, and general office work. Must be able to lift heavy files.

    Key responsibilities

    • Ability to ensure the documents were properly filed
    • Offer assistance for other employees
    • Answering questions about records and files
    • Office related tasks such as word processing, filing, scanning, and faxing
    • Organizing high volume of documents
    • Knowledge in filing
    • Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
    • Efficient in handling office equipment
    • Ability to multitask
    • At least 1 year of File Clerk experience preferred
    • Highly organized and self-motivated
    • Strong communication and social skills
