Growing Law Firm Seeks Highly Motivated Part-Time Sales Person! We are a growing Law Firm located in Northern New Jersey. We are seeking a fully remote part-time Salesperson who loves the highly charged world of social media. The person we are looking for is a part-time Lead Non-Attorney Salesperson (“NASP”). This candidate is a non-attorney who is a high-performing, result-focused Sales person who will be deeply engaged in planning customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. As our part-time sales associate, you will conduct the initial consultations in order to generate sales for the Firm. The primary functions are to be obsessive about metrics and measurements with a strong work ethic and cooperative spirit to ensure Firm growth by conducting initial consultations with prospective new clients, converting them to clients, and successfully onboarding the new client to the legal team. The Candidate must love sales and must have prior Sales experience that was at least partially results compensated. The candidate must have a proven record and be committed to working in a fully virtual environment. The candidate must understand how social media works, must be a people person, and must have an appropriate virtual environment. If Key Performance Indicators are met, there is a huge upside possibility for bonuses based on meeting and exceeding metrics. (These will not be shared fees, which is prohibited by bar rules, but increases in compensation consistent with meeting KPIs).
