    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced sales executive who has a demonstrated track record of exceeding aggressive goals. This person will work closely with our Executive Management Team to develop strategic initiatives and define their targets and execute on them.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities; develop customized targeted sales strategies.
    • Demonstrate professionalism in internal and external interactions and exemplify the company’s values and culture.
    • Interact with Executive Team to brainstorm and implement go-to-market strategies for new market opportunities.
    • Create informative presentations to present to potential clients at client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Work collaboratively and effectively with Executive Team to create compelling client solutions.
    • Stay up to date and forward-thinking on emerging digital technologies and marketing trends.
    • Create and maintain a data base of prospective clients for generating sales and internal reporting.

    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

    • Demonstrated proven results in targeting and capturing large new customers.
    • Experience with relationship building, lead generation, and prospect management.
    • Ability to communicate with C-Level decision makers professionally and confidently.
    • Capable of thinking strategically, understanding client requirements, and tailoring client solutions based on current marketing trends and company needs.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles.
    • Internal drive and desire to “win”.
    • Flexibility to travel regularly in support of new business goals.
