Talentline Services is actively seeking a dependable and skilled Traveling Maintenance Technician to support one of our valued clients with multi-site maintenance needs across their U.S. facilities. This is a great opportunity for mechanically and electrically inclined technicians who enjoy working in new environments, solving problems on the road, and gaining exposure to different equipment and plant operations.
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance at client facilities.
Support start-ups, shutdowns, machine rebuilds, relocations, and emergency maintenance projects.
Troubleshoot equipment such as motors, conveyors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, injection molding machines, and automation/robotics as needed.
Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, manuals, and schematics to guide repair work.
Complete daily maintenance reports, log time, and provide status updates to supervisors and Talentline team.
Adhere to all safety and quality policies at each client location.
5+ years of hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, VFDs, motor controls, or industrial automation a plus.
Comfortable using hand/power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
Must be flexible, reliable, and adaptable to various plant environments.
Valid driver's license required. Must be eligible to travel throughout the U.S.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in confined or elevated spaces.
Willing to travel weekly with overnight stays (travel, hotel, and per diem covered by client or Talentline Services).
Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed based on project scope.
