Talentline Services is partnering with a trusted client in the Automotive sector to help them identify a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to support equipment uptime and overall production goals.
Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
Maintain accurate records of completed work and maintenance logs.
Assist in equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement efforts.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure safe work practices are upheld throughout the facility.
Collaborate with other departments (production, engineering, quality) to address and resolve equipment-related issues.
2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, sensors, and basic wiring.
Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and control systems is a plus.
Ability to work from diagrams, schematics, and maintenance instructions.
Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred.
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and variable temperatures.
