    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Multi-Family Portfolio Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of residential multi-family units. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on organization, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

    The Multi-Family Portfolio Manager will be responsible for timely and high-quality unit turns, supporting the success of the Leasing Manager, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with property owners. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong ability to manage people and processes.

    Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:

    Prepare and post listings for available units

    Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners

    Conduct move-in and move-out evaluations

    Receive vendor quotes and prepare estimates

    Establish and adhere to project timelines and budgets

    Supervise and support the Leasing Manager

    Coordinate utility services

    Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local housing laws and regulations

    Prepare periodic reports

    Required qualifications:

    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    Capacity to quickly adapt to new situations

    Strong organizational skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Preferred qualifications:

    Experience in a leadership role

    Familiarity with project management

    Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
