We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Multi-Family Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of residential multi-family units. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on organization, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
The Multi-Family Property Manager will be responsible for timely and high-quality unit turns, supporting the success of two Multi-Family team members, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with property owners. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong ability to manage people and processes.
Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:
Prepare and post listings for available units
Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners
Conduct move-in and move-out evaluations
Receive vendor quotes and prepare estimates
Establish and adhere to project timelines and budgets
Supervise and support the leasing staff and on-site property managers
Coordinate utility services
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local housing laws and regulations
Prepare periodic reports
Required qualifications:
2+ years in a professional office environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a management role
Familiarity with project management
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
