M3 Mechanical is growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We specialize in multi-family housing, commercial service, and replacement work throughout Colorado Front Range.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Service split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, and water source heat pumps

Perform preventive maintenance and inspections

Communicate findings clearly with property managers and customers

Complete digital service reports with photos and documentation

Recommend repairs and replacement options when appropriate

Participate in rotating on-call schedule

Requirements

Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience preferred

EPA Certification required

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently

Professional appearance and communication

Experience using mobile apps and digital work orders
