What You’ll Do

• Lead all phases of field operations for ground-up commercial projects.

• Oversee scheduling, safety, quality, permitting, and logistics with precision.

• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and trade partners, ensuring seamless execution on site.

• Champion jobsite organization, communication, and documentation—leveraging Procore and other tools.

• Foster a culture of safety and accountability, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as Lead Superintendent on medium to large-sized commercial projects.

• Expertise in all phases of construction for ground-up builds.

• Proficiency with Procore (or similar construction management software).

• Strong leadership presence and ability to manage subcontractors effectively.
