Multi-Line Insurance Producer - Independent Multicarrier Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 60k/year - Georgetown, DE

• Our client, a 25+ year old multicarrier insurance agency, has an immediate need for a Multi-Line Insurance Producer. This is your chance to join an agency and grow a book of business in both commercial and personal lines.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and grow new relationships with commercial and personal line customers.
• Partner with Account Executives on renewal business.
• In addition to the provided leads, you will perform cold calling over the phone and visit local businesses.

Qualifications:

• Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
• 3+ years of experience in a producer role desired.
• Desire to work in sales.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 45k - 60k/year range, plus commission (12.5% new business)
