As a Multi-Property Sales Manager, you will support the hotel team by executing the sales strategy across a portfolio of assigned hotels in the Kansas City market. This role is responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales efforts, account management, and local market engagement. You will work collaboratively with property teams and corporate leadership to identify opportunities, respond to leads, and cultivate relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients. This is a hands-on sales role ideal for a driven, organized professional who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and is eager to grow within a fast-paced hospitality group. Responsibilities: • Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals • Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals • Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs Qualifications: • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
